Interstices Architecture provides a wide range of residential and commercial architectural services to clients throughout Southern California, including Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Specializing in modern, contemporary, mid-century, and historic preservation design, the firm places special emphasis on design integrity, honest use of materials, sustainability, attention to budgets and schedules, and creative solutions to complex design challenges.
Founding Principal Jonathan Glasgow holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Kent State University and Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Illinois. He has served as President and Director of Advocacy for the Long Beach / South Bay Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Director of Advocacy and Preservationist of the Year for Long Beach Heritage, and Chair of the Long Beach Downtown Visioning Task Force. Jonathan Glasgow, AIA is California Registered Architect #C18056 and is a member of the American Institute of Architect Long Beach / South Bay Chapter. Interstices, Inc. is a California S-Corporation.
