Interstices Architecture has designed many new and remodeled restaurants and bars throughout Southern California and has often participated in the development of coordinated graphics, signage, and outdoor dining areas.


Significant projects include the first Yard House at Shoreline Village, George’s Greek Café, Taco Beach, Berlin Bistro, Michael’s Pizza, Twohey’s South Pasadena, Hot Java, Pho Hong Pfat, Parker’s Lighthouse, Stefano’s Pizza, Detroit Bar, Baja Sonora, and Cables Restaurant. Interstices is also the Corporate Architect for numerous prominent TLT Food and The Stand locations, including Irvine Spectrum, Calabasas, Pasadena, Newport Beach, Woodland Hills, North Hollywood, and Santa Monica.

Restaurant projects receive great reviews and awards, including a Citation Award from the Long Beach / South Bay Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
